Dormers
Dormer roofs are a construction with either a gable roof or a flat roof,
together, with a window or windows that projects from a sloping roof.
The dormer roof has usually afforded the home with
that extra bedroom or bathroom without a lot of extra expense to the
original construction or to the conversion.
Spent a little to create a little more, but that comes at a price – later,
the dormer is the most expensive part, by comparison, on your home,
to maintain.
